Of this amount, the lion's share - 590.8 billion, or 59.5% - is allocated to the pension budget, with 244 billion drams for the funded system. The funding for this program has been increased by 30.5 billion drams, or 5.4%.
140.1 billion drams will be allocated for the implementation of social security programs, accounting for 14.1% of the total funding. According to Torosyan, this represents an increase of 14.2%, or 17.4 billion drams. The program to improve the country's demographic situation accounts for 8.5%, or 84.2 billion drams, an increase of 5.1%, or 4.1 billion drams, compared to the same period last year. The state will allocate 15.6 billion drams for the implementation of the housing program, an increase of 3.6 billion drams, or 31%, over the same period last year.
55 billion drams will be allocated to specific social groups to address and mitigate the consequences of emergencies or crises, an increase of 20 billion drams, or 57.1%, compared to last year. "We're talking about supporting our internally displaced compatriots from Nagorno-Karabakh-both in terms of housing and ongoing support," the Minister said. The total volume of this program, he noted, is 800 billion drams. According to Torosyan, to date, 3,202 Artsakh families have received housing certificates, with 1,198 already living in their own houses.
