According to the company's press service, thanks to this latest- generation technology, residents of both cities can now enjoy all modern digital platforms and services with higher speed and reliability. Extensive modernization work on Team's mobile networks in Yerevan and the regions are ongoing.
"We are simultaneously modernizing the 4G network and expanding the 5G network, providing subscribers with qualitatively new standards. Providing secure and modern services throughout the country is a priority for us, and work in this direction continues. By the end of this year, thousands of Team base stations will be operating exclusively on modern technologies, contributing to the dynamic development of the country's digital environment," Hayk Yesayan, CEO of Team Telecom Armenia, noted.
The construction of the latest network is being implemented using cutting-edge equipment and technologies from global technology giant Ericsson. Thanks to the use of advanced technologies, the company's latest strategic project-replacing the 2G network-will be implemented more smoothly, providing subscribers with more secure and high-quality digital services.
The network is also being modernized on interstate highways to ensure reliable communications even while traveling. Team's 5G network is now available in three of the country's largest cities, providing hundreds of thousands of residents with safe, modern, and reliable mobile communications.
