ArmInfo. Logistics solutions demonstrate the existence of great potential that needs to  be unlocked. RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan told reporters  in Astana on November 21.

According to him, both trade relations and transit potential between  Armenia and Kazakhstan are very significant and must be harnessed.  Grigoryan emphasized that the creation of alternative logistics  routes, including rail and air, will be a significant incentive for  intensifying economic ties. He noted that logistics costs and  capabilities are of great importance in international trade. In this  context, finding new logistics solutions with Kazakhstan offers  Armenia significant opportunities. The Deputy Prime Minister cited  wheat imports as an example, demonstrating the importance of  alternative supplies.

Speaking about the Armenian government's "Crossroads of Peace"  initiative, Grigoryan confirmed its significant regional  significance. "It's impossible for the Crossroads of the World  project not to have significant logistical significance in a broader  regional sense," Grigoryan said, adding that Kazakhstan will also be  one of the beneficiaries of the Crossroads of the World project.
