 Potential for cooperation between Armenia and Russia in agriculture  discussed in Yerevan

ArmInfo.  Armenian Minister of Economy Gevork Papoyan and Russian Ambassador  Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Armenia Sergey  Kopyrkin  discussed the  cooperation in  agriculture and ensuring  organization of uninterrupted agricultural exports.

According to the Ministry of Economy press service, Deputy Ministers  Arman Khojoyan and Narek Hovakimyan were also present at the meeting.  The discussion covered a wide range of issues related to expanding  economic relations with the Russian Federation and increasing trade  turnover between the two countries.

The meeting also focused on opportunities for cooperation in the  agricultural sector, the organization of uninterrupted agricultural  exports, the creation of joint ventures, and the exchange of  experience in phytosanitary matters. Additionally,  the importance of  deepening relations in t tourism was  highlighted.
