ArmInfo. On November 27, the Armenian government decided to allocate an additional 112.6 million drams to cover utility bills and irrigation water for approximately 80 border settlements in the Ararat, Vayots Dzor, Gegharkunik, and Tavush regions.
Residents of these settlements will receive a 50% reimbursement for electricity, gas, and irrigation water. In addition, they will receive a full reimbursement for land taxes on land located in the border zone. In 2025, 989 million drams were initially allocated for these expenses. Last year, 1 billion 48 million drams were allocated.
