Positive trend of high tax revenue growth in Armenia

Positive trend of high tax revenue growth in Armenia

ArmInfo.  Thanks to our joint efforts with taxpayers, we are able to maintain the positive trend of high tax revenue growth. Chairman of the State Revenue Committee  (SRC) of Armenia Eduard Hakobyan shared this positive message.

"In November 2025, together with taxpayers, we collected 201.4  billion drams in taxes and duties, which is 22.3 billion drams, or  12.5%, more than in the same month of the previous year.

Thus, over the first 11 months of 2025, the state budget received 2  trillion 441.9 billion drams in taxes and duties, which is 292.6  billion drams, or 13.6%, more than in the same period of the previous  year," Hakobyan noted on social media.

According to him, the stable and consistent growth of tax revenues  testifies to the development of economic activity and the business  environment, improved tax discipline, a reduction in the shadow  economy, the effectiveness of tax administration, and growing public  trust.

"These results once again confirm that there is no alternative to a  culture of conscientious and responsible treatment of taxpayers, and  the open and people-oriented environment we have created, based on  dialogue and partnership, contributes to strengthening this culture.

I would like to thank taxpayers for their discipline, responsibility,  and trust," Hakobyan wrote.

As a reminder, according to the 2025 state budget law, GDP growth is  projected to be 5.1%. Revenues are projected at 2 trillion 873.6  billion drams, of which 2 trillion 720.3 billion drams will come from  taxes and state duties.
