ArmInfo. In 2025, the Armenian government will allocate around 3.6 billion drams to reward highly productive civil servants and those engaged in self-education.   The corresponding decision was made during a government session on  December 4.

Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan  presented the draft  decision and noted that the Cabinet had approved a two-year pilot  program on November 27 to evaluate the performance and provide  incentives for civil servants who demonstrate high productivity and  pursue self-education.

Since public administration bodies have already been assessed for the  first half of 2025, it is necessary to implement this decision by  allocating an incentive fund to government bodies, he added. Each  agency will independently identify employees who have successfully  completed their assigned tasks, and the bonus amount will be  calculated using a special coefficient that will be reviewed  semi-annually. The funds will be allocated from the government's  reserve fund.

The Armenian Prime Minister emphasized that failing to make such  decisions, could pose a significant obstacle to the country's  development.
