Pashinyan reaffirms Yerevan`s willingness for mutually beneficial  collaboration  with EAEU member states

ArmInfo. The formation of common markets for energy resources is an important condition for ensuring equal and predictable conditions for all EAEU member states, as stated by  Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  during an expanded meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council on December 11.

According to Pashinyan, it is necessary to consistently move towards  the creation of fully functioning common markets that ensure  effective interaction, transparency, and a balance of interests for  all parties. At the same time, it is important to prioritize internal  supply for EAEU member states over exports to third countries and to  develop unified approaches to implementing this principle.

Amid the high volatility of global food markets, the sustainability  of the agricultural systems of EAEU countries is particularly crucial  for ensuring economic stability, he noted. Achieving competitive  results directly depends on the implementation of agreed-upon  practical measures, including the systematic implementation of  innovations, digital transformation, and the creation and development  of effective financial support mechanisms for joint industrial and  agro-industrial cooperative projects.

"In the context of implementing a roadmap for creating favorable  conditions for e-commerce development in the EAEU, we believe it is  appropriate to focus on the consistent implementation of digital  solutions in subsequent stages, ensuring the compatibility of  technological approaches used by member states. This will facilitate  the simplification of e-commerce processes and the sustainable  development of the digital environment within the framework of  digitalization. We consider it important to implement initiatives  aimed at supporting the digital transformation of various sectors,  including the customs- transport sector," the Armenian Prime Minister  said.

At the same time, he continued, in the area of cybersecurity,  priority must be given to the creation of joint information  protection mechanisms, enhancing the resilience of critical  infrastructure, and developing standards and methodologies for  responding to cyber threats. Such a comprehensive approach will help  build trust, increase the level of security in the digital  environment, and ensure the safe and efficient functioning of  processes.  "Let me once again confirm Armenia's willingness for  mutually beneficial cooperation," Nikol Pashinyan concluded.
