
ArmInfo. The 24th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation was held in Yerevan, co-chaired by Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk.
According to the government press service, the Commission co-chairs discussed the implementation of the decisions made at the 23rd meeting of the commission, held in Moscow on December 20, 2024. The meeting involved a thorough analysis of the entire range of trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian relations between Armenia and Russia, and further steps for enhancing cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats were identified.
The parties reviewed the sectors of energy, industry, transport, agriculture, digitalization, healthcare, culture, science, education, and tourism. Following the negotiations, Mher Grigoryan and Alexey Overchuk signed the protocol of the 24th meeting of the commission. Additionally, several bilateral documents were signed with the participation of the co-chairs of the Intergovernmental Commission.
