ArmInfo. Mercedes-Benz passenger car sales by the end of 2025 fell by 9.2% to 1.8 million, according to a company press release.
In Europe (the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway), sales decreased by 1% to 634,600. In Germany, sales remained virtually unchanged (213,200).
Sales in Asia plummeted by 16% (to 747,000 vehicles), including in China by 19% (to 551,900). In North America, they fell by 12% (to 320,600), and in the United States, also by 12% (to 284,600).
In other regions, sales increased by 17% to 98,700 vehicles.
Mercedes-Benz electric vehicle (BEV) sales fell by 9% last year to 168,800. Meanwhile, in the fourth quarter, they increased by 3% year-on-year to 50,400.
Mercedes-Benz shares fell 1.7% in Monday trading. (INTERFAX)
