The average dollar exchange rate for 2025 was 83.3 rubles per dollar, according to Vedomosti calculations based on Central Bank data. The dollar exchange rate has fallen by 23.5% since the beginning of 2025, reaching 78.23 rubles per dollar on January 12, 2026 (the official Central Bank exchange rate).
