Trump imposes 25% tariffs on countries cooperating with Iran

ArmInfo. On Tuesday, US President Donald Trump announced the imposition of 25% tariffs on countries doing business with Iran.

"Effective immediately, any country doing business with the Islamic Republic of Iran will pay a 25% tariff on all transactions with the United States of America," Trump wrote on the social media platform TruthSocial.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt stated that the US President is considering military options against Iran, but prefers a diplomatic solution.
