
ArmInfo. The Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC (ENA) has paid approximately 63.7% more in taxes and fees, as reported by the company's interim manager, Romanos Petrosyan.
"In the second half of 2025, ENA paid a total of 8.636 billion drams in taxes and fees. Compared to the same period last year. This amount is approximately 3.4 billion drams, or roughly 63.7% more compared to the same period last year. In 2024, ENA paid approximately 5.277 billion drams in taxes and fees," he wrote on social media. Furthermore, he stated that in the second half of 2025, all salary payments made by ENA to its employees amounted to 9.547 billion drams (excluding income tax). This shows an increase of approximately 744 million drams, or approximately 8.5%, compared to the same period last year. In 2024, all salary payments made by the company amounted to approximately 8.803 billion drams.
"Moreover, in the second half of 2025, both taxes and duties paid by ENA, as well as salary payments (following the initiation of administrative proceedings in the Civil Service Regulatory Commission and the appointment of an interim manager), significantly exceeded the results of the first half of 2025. Throughout this period, approximately 7.359 billion drams were paid in taxes and duties, and the total sum of all salaries paid equaled around 8.238 billion drams," the statement reads.
