
ArmInfo. In 2026, all of the Ministry of Economy's priorities will be aligned with the peace agenda, as stated by Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan during a working meeting to assess the past year's results and set program priorities for the upcoming period.
Referring to the document adopted the day before in the United States (the TRIP Framework Program for the Implementation of the International Trade and Investment Partnership - ed.), he noted that the latter once again confirms that Armenia is moving toward regional unblocking and peaceful development. "And under these circumstances, the Ministry's goals will be significantly different from previous years," Papoyan emphasized. In this context, the Minister stated that the priorities will be aligned with the peace agenda and regional unblocking process, while also aiming to boost economic growth, productivity, and competitiveness.
According to the ministry's press service, following the meeting, Papoyan issued relevant instructions aimed at ensuring the effective implementation of programs and coordinated efforts.
