The Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia has reached an agreement with German partners to implement joint innovative and technological projects, as reported by the ministry's press service, citing the outcomes of a meeting between Deputy Minister Gevorg Mantashyan and the Mayor of Potsdam in Germany.
During the visit, Mantashyan also held high-level meetings with top executives from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including CEO Matt Garman, Vice President Michael Punke, and Stefan Hoechbauer, Managing Director of AWS European Sovereign Cloud. The discussions focused on establishing strategic frameworks for cooperation in technology. According to the source, Mantashyan was in Germany to attend the launch event for the AWS European Sovereign Cloud (ESC) in Potsdam.
