Armenia`s minister of economy reports 2.2-fold increase in exports of  Armenian products compared to 2017

ArmInfo. Exports of goods of Armenian origin have increased more than 2.2 times compared to 2017. Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan announced this on his Facebook page.

Specifically, he noted that the volume of exports of domestically  produced goods in 2017 amounted to $2 billion, and by the end of  2025, it will reach $4.46 billion. The Minister emphasized that these  figures do not include re-exports.

Papoyan also presented the achieved results in labor productivity.  According to him, this figure was $5.6 per hour in 2017, and $11.3  per hour in 2025, representing a more than twofold increase. "This  growth could not have occurred without increased productivity within  our programs, the combined portfolio of which already reaches  approximately $1.5 billion. This means that our business has acquired  the latest equipment worth $1.5 billion, and the state is fully or  substantially paying the interest on loans and leasing for its  acquisition," he emphasized.
