
ArmInfo. Armenia's industrial production volume increased by 81% compared to 2017, reaching 3.3 trillion drams by the end of 2025. This was announced by Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan.
He also noted that the number of people employed in the manufacturing industry increased by 69%, or 38.9 thousand people. By the end of 2025, their number reached 95 thousand people.
According to the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Armenia's industrial sector demonstrated growth of 4.7% in 2025 (the same as the previous year), reaching 3.3 trillion drams ($8.6 billion) in January-December.
The volume of manufacturing slowed in year-on-year growth from 6.5% to 3.3%, reaching 2.4 trillion drams. AMD. A noticeable decline in production for the reporting year was recorded only in the jewelry industry (51.4%), electronic equipment (13.9%), and leather goods (17.9%).
