To enhance governance transparency, ACBA Bank Group has implemented a new whistleblower platform, accessible to all Group stakeholders and operated by Whispli, an independent European provider.
Whispli enables organizations to create a safe and ethical work environment, ensuring complete anonymity for whistleblowers.
The platform is independent and not integrated with ACBA Bank Group's internal systems, providing additional protection for whistleblowers' privacy. The platform is accessible on the Bank's official website via the "Whistleblower" button.
In addition to the online platform, there is also a hotline for messages: +374 33 35 35 71. In case of a voice message, an automatic voice changer is used to prevent identification.
