ArmInfo.IDBank’s beloved tradition — Customer Appreciation Day — is now reaching regional branches. This time, the lucky Idcoins wheel and pleasant surprises arrived at the Echmiadzin branch.
According to Seda Avagyan, Head of IDBank’s Customer Experience Management Uni, the Bank places great importance on its physical presence in the regions of Armenia and regularly opens new branches to ensure more convenient service, while also reaffirming the value it places on its customers through similar initiatives.
“We have already brought Customer Appreciation Day to our Echmiadzin branch in the Armavir region to show our customers that today we are expressing our gratitude not only in words, but also through our physical presence. We are happy to see how warmly and openly people are welcoming us and celebrating this special day with us,” said Seda Avagyan.
