ArmInfo. For the first time in Armenia, six financial institutions have signed a $300 million syndicated loan  agreement to finance a technology megaproject.

As part of the deal, leading banks - Ardshinbank, Acba Bank, Fast Bank, Evocabank, along with investment institutions Amundi-Acba Asset Management and C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia, have joined forces to provide Firebird AI with financing for the construction of the AB Factory in Hrazdan.

Armenian Minister of High- Tech Industry Mkhitar  Hayrapetyan made this announcement on his Facebook page. "This   direct investment supports not only Firebird AI, but also contributes  to the development of Armenia's technology sector, innovation,  science, and economy," Hayrapetyan noted in his opening remarks at  the agreement signing ceremony.

This project is being translated into practice in a strategic  memorandum signed in Washington on August 8, 2025, thanks to the  active support of the Armenian and US governments, the efforts of the  company's founders, and investments from the Armenian financial and  banking community.

The project aims to establish a modern artificial intelligence data  center in Armenia based on cutting-edge technological solutions from  the American company NVIDIA.
