According to the SRC press service, the incident was recorded at the Agarak customs checkpoint, where as a result of images obtained from the X-ray inspection of a cargo truck arriving from Iran, 18,520 cartons of undeclared tobacco products with various markings were discovered, The cigarettes were found in the driver's overhead bins, in the right and left spare parts compartments of the truck trailer, and in a mattress inside the truck. The attempt to import a large butch of undeclared cigarettes was prevented. The discovered cigarettes were confiscated. A protocol has been drawn up against RA citizen E.V. for violating customs regulations under Article 316 of the Law on Customs Regulation.
