
ArmInfo. Representatives from 15 countries will gather in Almaty on June 25-26 to discuss the most pressing issues in Eurasia: logistics, Islamic finance, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and more.
According to the press service of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), the forum will include heads of leading Islamic finance institutions from Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Bahrain, and the UAE, members of Central Asian governments, top management of major companies, including Uzum Holding and KazAvtoZhol, and even AI futurologist Tariq Kureishi from the United States.
The business forum will serve as a catalyst for fruitful discussions, new ideas, and solutions impacting the economy of the Eurasian region. As part of the business program, participants will explore a wide range of topics, including: global economic trends and their impact on the Eurasian region; investments in sustainable development; digital technologies and innovation for Eurasia; the future of Islamic finance in Central Asia; transport development in landlocked countries; and the potential of the Eurasian transport framework," the EDB said in a statement.
This event will be of particular interest to representatives of government agencies, businesses, investors, international financial institutions, experts, and journalists.
