Among the options discussed, preference was given to the "Integrated Facility" model.
During the meetings, several key issues related to the establishment and operation of the joint border crossing point are planned to be discussed, including standard operating procedures, information exchange and management systems, as well as issues related to the technical design of the joint border crossing point. It is also worth noting that a similar meeting was already organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) with its Georgian partners.
The agreements reached as a result of these meetings will serve as the foundation for drafting the agreement on the establishment of a joint crossing point between Armenia and Georgia.
