ArmInfo. The ExIm information platform has been launched in Armenia. It is designed for individuals engaged in foreign economic activity: importers, exporters, transit operators, as well as individuals conducting transactions for business or personal purposes. This was announced in a statement by the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the source, the platform was launched with the support of the German government through the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). It contains essential information on customs procedures, from legislation and required documents to deadlines, possible restrictions, and information on other agencies involved in the process. You can also learn about the specifics of declaring goods, tariff and non-tariff rules, rates and payment methods, treasury accounts, and more.
ExIm is a trilingual platform and easy to use, eliminating the need to remember a username or password: you can log in either from the official SRC website or directly from the exim.src.am platform. Information is categorized by process and features a flexible search engine. Simply enter the name of the product you're interested in, select the destination and the corresponding country, and the system will automatically provide complete information about the transaction. ExIm also offers specialized calculators that can be used to pre-calculate the required payments for importing goods or vehicles and estimate expected costs. The system also displays the Central Bank's daily exchange rates. The platform also contains guides, videos, explanations, and useful links related to customs procedures. You can even find information on the appeals process.
The data on the platform is for informational purposes only, and official publications should be consulted for customs matters.
