ArmInfo. Yesterday, RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan and Deputy Minister Asatur Vardanyan participated in the annual conference of the Association of Mining and Metallurgy Industry of Armenia.
In his speech, Asatur Vardanyan noted that the Ministry attaches great importance to cooperation with the Association of Mining and Metallurgy Industry of Armenia, a striking example of which is the work of a jointly formed working group actively participating in events aimed at developing the industry.
A memorandum on deepening partnerships and developing cooperation between the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure and the Association was signed during the conference. The memorandum was signed by David Khudatyan, Head of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, and Vardan Janyan, President of the Association.
The purpose of the memorandum is to establish a framework for cooperation between the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure and the Association, through which the parties will promote the sustainable, safe, and responsible development of the mining sector within the scope of their respective powers, functions, and capabilities.
