Armenia considers Oman as  export market for agricultural products

ArmInfo. Armenia considers Oman as an export market for agricultural products. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy, citing  the results of a meeting between Deputy Minister of Economy Armen Khojoyan and an Omani delegation, which included KV Group Director  Abdullah Wahidi, the company's Vice President Mohammed Al Balushi, and Armenia's Ambassador to Oman Hrachya Poladyan.

The parties discussed the potential for developing trade and economic  cooperation between Armenia and Oman, as well as the possibility of  exporting Armenian fresh fruits and vegetables to the Omani market.   Arman Khojoyan presented the Armenian government's export promotion  policy, emphasizing the importance of expanding cooperation with the  Persian Gulf countries. He also highlighted Armenia's potential in  intensive horticulture and greenhouse farming.

Representatives of KV Group expressed interest in importing fresh  fruits and vegetables from Armenia.  During their visit, they will  visit several Armenian horticultural and greenhouse farms to  familiarize themselves with their products and export potential.

The parties agreed to continue their cooperation, organize B2B  meetings with Armenian producers, and exchange information to  identify areas for future collaboration.
