ArmInfo.  A government personnel bank is being formed in Armenia. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this on his Facebook page.

"On June 15, I invited graduates of leading universities around the  world to apply their knowledge and professional experience in the  public administration system of the Republic of Armenia. I am pleased  to note that the initiative generated great interest. 1,141  applications were received. Following the review of applications and  the preliminary selection, 459 candidates, or approximately 40% of  the total number of applicants, passed the second stage. The average  age of candidates is 34 years old," the Prime Minister noted.

He added that based on the results of interviews and professional  assessments, a state personnel bank will be formed, where the  education, work experience, and professional skills of the selected  candidates will be compared with the specific needs of the public  administration system.

"At the program presentation, I noted that candidates included in the  talent pool may be offered vacancies or other forms of collaboration  within the public administration system within the next year. It's  worth noting that today I have already decided to appoint several  candidates to senior positions, and you will see the de jure  implementation of these decisions soon. I am grateful to all the  candidates who responded to my invitation and to the public for the  overwhelming support shown to this initiative," the head of the  Armenian government concluded.
