From August 31 to September 1, 2026, a delegation from the Slovak company "Slovenske elektrarne" (Slovenian Electric Power Company), led by Branislav Stryček, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, visited the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant (ANPP). This was reported by the ANPP press service.

During the visit, the delegation members held meetings with the NPP management. The parties discussed a number of issues of mutual interest in the field of nuclear energy, focusing on the safe and reliable operation of nuclear power plants, ensuring the long-term operation of existing power units, equipment modernization, and the exchange of experience in operation and maintenance. The parties also exchanged views on modern technical solutions, the development of professional competencies, and challenges in the field of nuclear energy.

The visit also included a tour of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant, during which representatives of the Slovenian company had the opportunity to become familiar with the plant's main infrastructure, current operations, and production processes.

The visit provided an opportunity to learn more about the activities and professional experience of both companies and to identify possible areas for further cooperation.
