Head of Armenia’s State Revenue Committee to participate in meeting of Executive Council of the Intra-European Organisation of Tax Administrations

Arminfo. Eduard Hakobyan, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, will participate in a meeting of the Executive Council of the Intra-European Organisation of Tax Administrations, which will be held in Budapest. The decision to send the SRC chief on a business trip was signed by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

As reported by the government press service, Hakobyan will be in the Hungarian capital from September 22 to 25.

It should be noted that Armenia joined the Executive Council of the Intra-European Organisation of Tax Administrations (IOTA) for the first time in June 2026. The Republic gained membership in the Executive Council during the 30th IOTA General Assembly, which was held in Budapest. The organisation’s events review its work, approve budgets and work programmes, and discuss cooperation between the tax authorities of European countries.
