ArmInfo. Belarus and Armenia topped the list of countries for budget travel in Russia in October 2026, according to a study by the travel planning service OneTwoTrip, the text of which was obtained by TASS.
"Among foreign countries, Belarus is the absolute leader in affordability. According to statistics, the cheapest flight is to Gomel: a ticket there costs 9,770 rubles, and a hotel costs 8,960 rubles. A trip to Brest will cost 10,900 rubles for the flight and 10,460 rubles for accommodation. A vacation in the capital, Minsk, will cost 13,680 rubles for travel and 12,200 rubles for the hotel room," the company reported.
Great deals can also be found in the countries of the Transcaucasus. A flight to Gyumri, Armenia, will cost an average of 16,570 rubles, and a night in a local hotel will cost 9,890 rubles, while travel to Yerevan costs 19,620 rubles, and accommodation there is estimated at 14,370 rubles.
