ArmInfo. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended the opening ceremony of Acba Bank's new head office yesterday.

According to the government press service, the Prime Minister toured the office, familiarized himself with the conditions created and the services provided by the bank.

The office was built by the Italian company Renco. The building complies with international LEED certification and meets all environmental requirements, from water and energy conservation to ensuring air quality and creating green spaces. It occupies approximately 14,650 square meters and is designed to accommodate over 1,000 employees.

A memorial plaque dedicated to Acba Bank's first CEO, Stepan Gishyan, was also unveiled during the event. He was the one who purchased the land plot for the bank's head office 20 years ago. The district is located at a strategic crossroads - it is the "door" to Yerevan on the road from the airport.

According to the Financial Rating of Armenian Banks as of June 30, 2026, prepared by ArmInfo Investment Company, Acba Bank is among the top 3 banks based on key balance sheet indicators. The bank's assets reach $3.1 billion, total liabilities exceed $2.5 billion drams, and total capital is $553.7 million. The bank's loan portfolio exceeds $2.4 billion, with corporate loans accounting for over 47% and retail loans for 46%.

Acba Bank actively lends to the agricultural, catering, service, construction, trade, and industrial sectors, occupying a leading position in terms of the volume of funds placed in these sectors. Acba Bank is also among the top 3 banks in terms of retail deposits. - $1.1 billion, of which 72% are term deposits. Acba Bank ended the first half of 2026 with a net profit of $45 million, and according to this indicator, it is among the top three leaders. In terms of branch network coverage, Acba Bank holds the 2nd position, having 65 branches, 44 of which are located in the regions of Armenia and the bank retains its leadership in this number.
