ArmInfo.On September 10, the National Assembly of Armenia approved the draft law of the Republic of Armenia "On Ratifying the Framework Agreement on the International Solar Alliance Fund." As Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Hakob Vardanyan stated earlier, Armenia's accession to the International Solar Alliance can make a significant contribution to the development of Armenia's renewable energy sector.
ArmInfo. On September 10, the Armenian Cabinet approved the draft law "On ratifying the Agreement on Free Trade in Services, Establishment, Operations and Investments." The day before, Deputy Minister of Economy Sevak Mikaelyan, while presenting the draft law in parliament, stated that according to the CIS Executive Committee, the implementation of the Agreement, would increase the volume of trade in services in the CIS by 25%.

On September 10, the Armenian Parliament approved the draft law "On ratifying the "Agreement on a Harmonized System for Determining the Origin of Goods Exported from the Customs Territory of the EAEU." After the agreement enters into force (signed on December 4, 2023 in Moscow), foreign trade participants exporting goods to third countries will have a document containing all the basic provisions on working with origin.
ArmInfo.In the period from January to August 2024 and from September 1 to 8, 2024, 6,285 electric vehicles have already been registered at zero customs duty. By the end of the year, another 1,115 vehicles may be imported to Armenia at a preferential tariff.

On September 9, RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Armen Simonyan presented to the parliament the draft Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road, concerning the electronic consignment note (e-CMR).
