On July 12, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan stated this in an interview with  journalists.  He, in particular, noted that the pricing issue is  multifaceted, and includes several components on which the  discussions continue. "I don't want to make statements that can  contribute to the formation of expectations, because there is still  much to be done," he said.

ArmInfo. The price for “blue fuel” for the final consumer will be kept at the current level unless there is an  appeal from CJSC “Gazprom Armenia” to increase the gas tariff,. This was stated by Chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) of Armenia Garegin Baghramyan in an interview with journalists on June 27 after a government meeting.

ArmInfo. The Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia made a decision to impose a fine on Gazprom Armenia in the amount of 10 million drams (about $ 20,000).  The relevant decision was made on June 5th at the PSRC.

Following the results of  the first quarter of 2019, the list of the largest taxpayers in  Armenia continues to be headed by Gazprom Armenia, paying 13.5  billion drams to the state treasury with an annual decline of 3%  (including the TOP-5 of the same period last year), of which 39.3  million drams duties, 2 billion drams (including income tax, income  tax) - on direct taxes, 11.5 billion drams - on indirect taxes  (including VAT, excise tax).

ArmInfo.Gazprom Armenia, Gazprom subsidiary, will attract from Sovcombank syndicated loan of up to $ 150 million. This was reported by the Bank press service.  According to the source, the agreement to provide loan was signed  yesterday. It involves the direction of credit funds for general  corporate purposes, including the refinancing of current loans of  CJSC Gazprom Armenia. The loan will allow the Company to reduce the  debt burden and channel funds to the implementation of promising  areas.

ArmInfo.The cost of gas engine fuel at gas filling stations in Armenia increased on average to 310 drams per kilogram.  Head of Market Surveillance Inspectorate Armen   Kotolyan said this at a government meeting on May 10.

ArmInfo. Armenia hopes to reach agreement with Russia on the issue of gas prices. On May 8, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this at a press conference in Yerevan,  responding to a question about the possibility of reducing the tariff  for "blue" fuel. According to him, negotiations with the Russian  Federation on the price of gas continue. "We expressed our position.  We hope that we will reach agreement with our Russian colleagues,"  said Nikol Pashinyan.

ArmInfo. Russia and Armenia are planning to agree on a draft general scheme of gas supply and gasification of Armenia until 2030. This, according to TASS, was told  to journalists by the first deputy head of the Russian government's  office, Sergei Prikhodko, on the eve of the visit of Russian Prime  Minister Dmitry Medvedev to Yerevan, where the EAEU Intergovernmental  Council meeting will take place on April 30.

ArmInfo. The application of new excise tax rates on automobile gas will not lead to an increase in tax liabilities and an increase in gas fuel prices. This was stated  on April 8 at an extraordinary meeting of the parliament by RA Deputy  Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan, who presented amendments to the  Tax Code of the RA in the first reading.
