There is virtually no road or railway whose unblocking has not been discussed as part of the unblocking of communications, as stated by Prime  Minister Nikol Pashinyan  during government hour on February 11, when responding to a question about whether the restoration of the railway  section linking Ijevan with the Azerbaijani railway was discussed during the TRIPP project discussions.

ArmInfo.  The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD, World Bank Group) will provide EUR96.4 million to Armenia for the "Tourism and Regional Infrastructure Development" program. ArmInfo. Armenia's service sector demonstrated 10.6% growth in 2025 (the same as the previous year), generating revenue of 4.1 billion drams ($10.6 billion).  This is according to data from the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

Whether the US will build a modular nuclear power plant in Armenia remains a big question, but the goal of these discussions is to shutter the  existing Metsamor Nuclear Power Plant, a goal Azerbaijan and Turkey have been pursuing for over 30 years.  Political scientist Karen Igityan wrote  on his Facebook page, in response to the Vice President's statement following talks with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan about  investments of approximately $9 billion in nuclear energy.
