ArmInfo.  Daily regulation reservoirs are being built in the Hovnanadzor settlement of the Lori region to serve 9 villages, as noted in the United Nations Development Program's (UNDP) statement.

ArmInfo. A meeting-discussion with representatives of the jewelry and diamond industry was organized at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Edgar Zakaryan, which was attended by the leadership of the International Association of Armenian Jewelers (AJA) and more than 30 industry representatives. 

ArmInfo.  The Asian Development Bank will provide Armenia with a grant of $3 million for the reconstruction of a secondary school in the village of Voskehat in the Armavir region of the republic. At a meeting on July 10, the RA Government approved the draft decree of the RA President on ratification of the relevant agreement with the ADB.

ArmInfo.  The state will allocate significant funds to the spheres of cyber defense and information security. This was stated by the Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, speaking during the opening ceremony of the Cyber Security Hackathon, which is being held in Tsaghkadzor from July 9 to 11.

ArmInfo. Armenia intends to ratify the agreement between the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union "On Permissible Weights, Axle Loads and Dimensions of  Vehicles" moving on the roads of the EAEU countries. The document was signed on December 13 last year.

ArmInfo.  The European Investment Bank (EIB) will provide Armenia with a 50 million euro loan for the implementation of the Armenia - Resilient Syunik program (CEF+, Special Investment Window 1). The RA Government approved the  signing of the relevant agreement with the EIB at its meeting on July 10.

ArmInfo. The course titled "Business Process Optimization with AI" was developed for the senior management of AraratBank and held at the Tsaghkadzor Ararat Resort Hotel. It was organized in collaboration with AraratBank and the reArmenia Academy, as part of the Academy’s educational initiative "AI_qez_ban" implemented within the framework of its broader educational programs.

ArmInfo.  The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development will provide Armenia with a loan of 96.4 million euros for the implementation of the "Tourism and Regional Infrastructure Development" program. The RA government gave its approval to sign a loan agreement with the Bank at its meeting on July 10.

ArmInfo. The RA Government will allocate 1.849 billion drams to co-finance local community development programs. The funds will be provided to the offices of regional governors to cover the expenses of companies that have already carried out construction work. The decision to this effect was made at a meeting of the executive body on July 10.

ArmInfo.  The Armenian National Congress (ANC) party strongly condemns the process of nationalization of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) by the authorities of the republic, which grossly violates the right of ownership, the principles of the rule of law and is a clear manifestation of open political repression. This is stated in the statement of the ANC, led  by the first president of the Republic of Armenia Levon  Ter-Petrosyan.

ArmInfo. The countries of the Eurasian Economic Union will start testing transportation digitalization in the first half of 2026, as reported by the press service of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

ArmInfo. Gohar Barseghyan, Minister of Industry and Agro- Industrial Complex of the Eurasian Economic Commission, participated in the tour and activities of the International Industrial Exhibition "Innoprom" in Yekaterinburg, including the main strategic session "Technological Leadership:  Industrial Breakthrough".  During a business breakfast with  Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Anton Alikhanov and heads of large industrial companies, Gohar Barseghyan emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts among businesses in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. By focusing on  consumers and the ability to quickly respond to market changes, the business community can solve large-scale tasks within the EAEU.  .

ArmInfo. In Armenia's foreign trade, transactions involving precious metals and stones have seen to decline since 2025, amounting to 25% ($1.97 billion) in total from January- May, compared to 65% ($9.99 billion) a year ago. This category of goods has  played a decisive role in the deterioration of  the annual dynamics of the country's foreign trade turnover, which has dropped from a 2.2- fold increase to a 49% decline. According to  data from the RA Statistical Committee, in January-May 2025, the share of imports and exports of precious metals and stones in the total trade turnover fell to 19% and 35%, respectively. In the same period last year these figures were 57% and 73%. 

ArmInfo.  If, on average 1.9 million tourists visit Armenia annually, then  only 4% or 75,000 people choose the Lori region for their vacation, as stated by Gor Harutyunyan, referring to the conducted research, while presenting his author's project,  Ari Lori,  within the Wings Innovative Ideas Competition held at Tech Week Vanadzor-2025.
