ArmInfo.  Converse Bank has started the initial placement of  dram bonds in the amount of 3 billion drams. As noted in the message of Converse Bank, the initial placement of this tranche, which started on May 26, is planned to be  completed on August 26.  Within the framework of the AMD tranche (AMCOVSB2NER0), 60,000 bonds will be issued, each with a nominal  value of 50,000 drams, the annual coupon yield is set at 10.25%, the maturity of the bonds of this issue is 24 months, coupon payments are provided once every six months.

ArmInfo. The situation at the Hrazdan Cement Plant is under the control of the Armenian government. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Edgar Zakaryan from the rostrum of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 27, answering a question from Arsen Torosyan, a member of the National Assembly from the ruling Civil Contract faction.

ArmInfo. Through support provided within the framework of AraratBank's social responsibility programs, a state-of-the-art astronomical laboratory for children aged 7-18 has been established at Wonder Kid Academy operating in Gyumri.

ArmInfo. It is important for Armenia to transition towards digital logistics, starting with basic technologies: electronic document management, automation of routine processes, and transport monitoring. According to the official statement from the ATI.SU Freight Exchange, the director of the ATI.SU representative office in Armenia, Sergey Mkrtchyan, expressed a similar opinion.  Referring to data from Mordor Intelligence, he  highlighted that the  global digital logistics market's volume in  2024 was nearly $30 billion and is projected to grow by 16% annually, reaching $63.55 billion by 2029.

ArmInfo.In Armenia, the industrial price index increased in January- April 2025 compared to the same  period in 2024 from 100.7% to 102%. This was observed against the background of a deterioration in the annual dynamics of the industrial sector from 26.8% growth to 16.1% decline, with a volume of 812.3 billion drams ($2.1 billion). This is evidenced by the preliminary data of the RA Statistics Committee.

At a meeting on May 26, the Committee on Economic Affairs of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia issued a positive conclusion on the amendments to the Law "On State Duty"  submitted by the country's government.
