ArmInfo. In the Armenian interbank foreign exchange market,  there was a decrease in both dollar and ruble transactions from July 14 to July 18, 2025. Euro transactions have not been conducted for almost two months. Specifically, the weekly trend for ruble transactions reversed from a 2-fold increase to a 34% decline, while the decrease in dollar transactions accelerated from 40% to 73%. This led  to ruble transactions surpassing dollar transactions for the second week in a row, with the difference now  being 2.5 times compared to  the previous 1.1 times.

ArmInfo. The current situation in the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) can be attributed to investments, but it is more correct to assess the severity of the threats  in the context of energy security. Economist and head of the Alternative Research Center, Professor Tatul Manaseryan stated this during a press conference on July 18.

After reviewing the assessments provided by the PSRC head, the Tashir Group of Companies will determine its next steps. ArmInfo.  Armenia and Bulgaria have ratified a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Innovation and Growth of the Republic of Bulgaria in  technological innovation and scientific research. According to the press service of the Ministry of Technology and Industry, the document envisages enhancing cooperation in several strategic areas:  artificial intelligence, space research, digital healthcare and  biotechnology, exchange of IT specialists, and development of the  startup ecosystem.

Additionally, the festival will include master classes on: Vordan Karmir (Armenian cochineal dyestuff) preparation; Needlework techniques; Lace-making arts; Khachkar (cross-stone) carving; Paper recycling and creative approaches.
