ArmInfo. Since 2018, Armenia's pension fund has grown by more than 233 billion drams or more than 500 million dollars. The minimum pension has doubled - from 18 to 36 thousand drams, and the average pension - by 22.3% (about 50 thousand drams). At the same time, the number of pensioners has increased by 125,000 people - to 650,000. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on April 15 in parliament during the  discussion of the report on the implementation of the RA government  program for 2024.

ArmInfo. The credit obligations of several citizens who were allegedly victims of banking fraud have been temporarily frozen.  Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Armen Nurbekyan  stated this on April 14 at a meeting of the Standing Committee on Financial, Credit and Budgetary Issues, touching upon cases of fraud with online loans.

ArmInfo.  In the Armenian insurance market, the loss ratio for OSAGO began to decrease in 2025, reaching 79% by the end of the first quarter, down from 86% the previous year. This is evidenced by data from the Bureau of Motor  Insurers of Armenia.  The decline in the loss ratio during this  period was observed alongside an increase in the annual growth rate  of active contracts rising from 0.01% to 5.1. There was also an  improvement in the trend of insurance premiums, shifting from a 0.7%  decline to a 13.7% growth, and a significant slowdown in the growth  of compensation, dropping from 30.7% to 4.3%.

ArmInfo. The bonds of The Crowdfunding Formula (TCF), one of the leading companies in Armenia providing innovative and non-standard investment solutions, have been listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX) in the Bbond list. As noted in the AMX press release, TCF is the first technology company in Armenia to issue securities.

ArmInfo. April 7 to 11, 2025, in Armenia's interbank foreign exchange market, three USD and two RUB transactions were effected, with no EUR transactions effected.  USD transactions showed a 13% growth against an 18% decline the previous week. The volume of RUB transactions was the same as the previous week. The total amount of USD transactions exceeded that of RUB  transactions 2.8-fold against 2.5-fold.

ArmInfo. The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development will provide a 102 million euro loan to Armenia to enhance the quality of healthcare services.  At its meeting on April 11, the Health Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia provided a positive conclusion on the draft agreement with the Bank submitted by the government for  ratification.  Lena Nanushyan, Deputy Minister of Health of the  Republic of Armenia, noted in her speech that the agreement was  signed on July 25, 2024. The goal of the loan program is to assist  the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia in implementing  comprehensive health insurance and enhancing primary healthcare  services. The project also aims to improve the efficiency of public  healthcare spending  and reduce financial barriers for the population  in accessing medical services.
