ArmInfo.  During the first quarter of 2026, foreign citizens completed 1,073 real estate buy-sell transactions in Armenia, representing a 32.3% increase  compared to the previous year's figure. Transactions executed by  foreigners accounted for 6.8% of the total volume of real estate  deals, up from 6.5% a year earlier. This is evidenced by data  provided by the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre of the  Republic of Armenia.
