Four USD, three EUR and two RUB transactions were effected during the period under review, with USD, EUR and RUB transactions simultaneously effected on Wednesday alone.

Tafadzva Dube, WB Senior Disaster Risk Management Specialist, joined the meeting online. As reported by the press service of the RA Ministry of Economy, during the meeting, the Local Economy and Infrastructure Development Program (LEIDP) and Tourism and Regional Infrastructure Improvement Program (TRIP) were discussed. These programs aim to improve infrastructure services and develop capacity in various regions of Armenia.

ArmInfo. The State Revenue Committee of Armenia informs that as of September 27, the balance of preferential imports of electric vehicles into the territory of the republic is 454 units. The SRC reminds that a zero import duty rate is applied to electric vehicles imported under the code 8703 80 000 2 of the Eurasian Economic Union. In 2024, a total of 7,400 electric vehicles are planned to be imported to Armenia from third countries with an import duty rate of 0%.

ArmInfo. Armenia's nominal GDP in 2025 is projected to reach AMD 11 trillion 50 billion (about $28.5 billion), compared to the expected AMD 10 trillion 110 billion by the end of this year. The real GDP growth is forecasted to be 5.6%, falling short of the minimum 7% set by the Cabinet's program of activities for 2021-2026. This is stated in the draft state budget for next year, which was approved by the government on September 26th.
