ArmInfo.The military-industrial complex has enormous potential to become one of the most  important segments of the economy. This was stated by the Minister of High-Tech Industry of  Armenia, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, in an interview with Public Television of Armenia.  In particular, he reported that from January to August 2024, military-industrial complexe nterprises transferred 6 billion drams in taxes to the state treasury. This amount is 70% higher than the figure for the previous year.

ArmInfo. Armenia plans to construct a new nuclear power plant before the current one expires in  2036. The new plant, based on preliminary estimates, is expected to have a capacity of 400-600 MW.
