In the first half of 2023, 303,225 citizens of the Republic of Armenia (27% of the total  number of migrants) returned to Armenia from abroad, and their number  has been significantly increasing for the second year in a row: in  2022 by 56% and now by 42%. At the same time, during the reporting  period, 319,442 citizens of the Republic of Armenia (29.1% of the  total number of migrants) left the country, with an annual increase  of 25% (against an increase of 19.1% in the same period in 2022).
