ArmInfo. Armenia has agreed with its European partners on a new geographical marking for Armenian  brandy. Armenian Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan announced at a hearing in the National Assembly of Armenia on November 3.

ArmInfo.The Ministry of Economy of Armenia and the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and  Trade of Belarus will expand cooperation. According to the press service of the department, the corresponding memorandum was signed by the Minister of Economy of Armenia Vahan Kerobyan and the Minister of  Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of Belarus Alexey Bogdanov.

Armenia is taking an important step towards modernizing its public services delivery  with the Strengthening Transparency, Accountability, and Access to Public Services through GovTech project launched today. Funded by the UK Good Governance fund, implemented by the Armenian Government, the  launch of the initiative was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the World Bank, the Embassy of UK to Armenia, and the Yerevan Municipality.

Unlike 2022, when the Armenian banking system received most of its profits from services provided to non-residents (accounts, payment cards, currency transactions, ed. note), in 2024 there is a serious demand for credit products, which will allow banks to more thoroughly generate profits. Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia Martin Galstyan stated during a press conference on October 31.

Earlier in 2023, Euromoney named Ardshinbank the best bank in Armenia for the third time. The "Euromoney Awards for Excellence" competition is held annually, and international experts select the best banks from 100 countries in various categories.
