ArmInfo.The Armenian Aerospace Agency and the Austrian Space Forum (OeWF) have signed a memorandum  on conducting analog studies of Mars AMADEE-2024. The signing of the document took place within the framework of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week INNO Armenia 2023. The project will be coordinated in Armenia by the National Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

ArmInfo. The loss ratio of motor third-party liability insurance (MTPL insurance) was 62% in the first  quarter of 2023 against 69% in the first quarter of 2022, and 74% in the first quarter of 2019. The number of MTPL insurance contracts showed an increase from 15.9% to 17.8%, with a 12.8% increase in insurance premiums ($16.3mln) against 17.5% and a 6.7% increase in insurance indemnities (up to $10.7mln) against a 13.5% decrease.

ArmInfo.AraratBank, in cooperation with Muran company, offers a smart solution – a loan for the purchase of an electric car starting at 12% in AMD and at 9% in USD. The annual interest rate depends on loan maturity.

ArmInfo. As part of the EU4Business initiative the EU launched in Armenia in July 2021, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Armenian  financial institutions signed EUR 30mln credit lines, Lilit Gharayan  Team Leader EU4Business- EBRD Credit Line Armenia, said at the forum  entitled "EU4Business-EBRD Credit Line in Armenia - Impact to date  and Way Ahead" on April 14.  

ArmInfo.About $24.8 million of the stand-by loan will become available to Armenia after the meeting of the Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in mid- June  this year. This is noted in the message of the IMF.

On April 12, the fourth public hearings on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) on the construction of the "Ayg-1" photovoltaic plant, a joint  project of the Armenian National Interests Fund (ANIF) and Masdar  Company from Abu Dhabi, UAE was held in Dashtadem and Talin  communities of the Aragatsotn region of Armenia.
