ArmInfo. The American technology company AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) is interested in new opportunities for cooperation with Armenia, as stated by Dan Gibbons, AMD Vice President,  during a meeting with Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan. Dan Gibbons presented AMD's main directions of activity and the progress of its current programs in Armenia.

ArmInfo. Ameriabank will arrange Alfa-Pharm CJSC's nominal coupon paying  book-entry bonds in the amount of 1.5 billion drams, as noted in a statement from Ameriabank. The statement  specifies that the placement will commence on December 10, 2025, and is expected to  conclude on February 11, 2026. Alfa-Pharm intends to use the proceeds from the bond placement for capital expenditures.
