ArmInfo. Armenia and Iran
extended until 2030 an agreement on the supply of gas in exchange for
electricity. Minister of Territorial Administration and
Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia Gnel Sanosyan announced
this on his Facebook page. In particular, he noted that a memorandum
on cooperation between Armenia and Iran in the field of natural gas
was signed.

ArmInfo. Armenia will
complete 2022 with an inflation rate of 10%. Chairman of the Central
Bank of Armenia Martin Galstyan voiced a similar forecast during a
press conference on November 1. "We expect that inflation will be at
the level of 10% at the end of the year, even taking into account the
use of restraining mechanisms," he stressed. At the same time, the
head of the Central Bank indicated that without the use of these
mechanisms, the inflation rate in the country would have reached 15%.

ArmInfo. The Board of the Central Bank of Armenia, continuing to tighten monetary conditions, from November 1 raised the refinancing rate by 0.5 percentage points - from 10% to 10.5%. Head of the RA Central Bank, Martin Galstyan, presented the rationale for this decision at the press conference held on this issue.
