ArmInfo. Converse Bank has launched the initial public offering of its next coupon-denominated dram bonds with an issue volume of 2 billion drams and two dollar bonds with a volume of $5 million each. According to Converse Bank's announcement, the initial public offering of these tranches, which began on November 18, is scheduled to be completed on February 18, 2026.

ArmInfo. Armenia will receive a $16.456 million grant from the Global Concessional Financing Facility (GCFF) to co-finance a $250 million loan program aimed at addressing the housing needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs) from  Nagorno-Karabakh. The decision was approved by the Armenian Cabinet  of Ministers on November 20.

ArmInfo.  On November 19, RA Ambassador to thje United States Narek Mkrtchyan met with representatives of the leadership team of Advanced Micro Devices  (AMD), one of the largest American technology companies. Khang Dao,  Senior Director of Software Development; Mehrdad Eslami Dehkordi,  Director of Software Development; James Chik, Senior Manager of  Import/Export; and Grant Gardner, Director of Government Relations  attended the meeting.

ArmInfo.  Armenia and Georgia are discussing cooperation in transport and logistics. These areas were discussed at a meeting yesterday in Tbilisi between RA  Minister of Economy Gevork Papoyan and Georgian Minister of Economy  and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili.

ArmInfo.  Firebird has received a U.S.  license to export cloud and infrastructure  technologies to Armenia. This was announced on his Facebook page by  RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, who also  posted the company's statement.

ArmInfo.   An Armenian-Egyptian business forum will be held in Cairo, as reported  by the Ministry of Economy's press service.

ArmInfo.  On November 19, RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan participated in the 64th meeting of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative  (EITI) Council, which was held in Yerevan for the first time.  According to the government press service, the meeting was attended  by representatives from the executive body, civil society, mining  organizations, international partner organizations, the EITI  International Secretariat, and over 100 EITI member countries.

ArmInfo. Recently, IDBank achieved another major milestone: by the decision of the Board of Governors of the U.S. Federal Reserve System dated November 12, 2025, the Bank was granted permission to open a representative office in Glendale, California, USA.

ArmInfo.  Eduard Hakobyan, Chairman of Armenia's State Revenue Committee, received an Iranian delegation led by Foroud Asgari, Deputy Minister of Economy  and Finance of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Head of the Customs  Administration. The discussions focused on bilateral cooperation  aimed at simplifying cross-border trade flows and control operations  between Armenia and Iran. 

ArmInfo. The Armenian authorities will only know which country's proposal for the  construction of small modular reactors and which model will be  accepted by them in the second half of 2026. Minister of Territorial  Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan stated this in an  interview with Public Television.

ArmInfo.  Our government has been working for the past 5-6 years to implement a COMPREHENSIVE health insurance system in the country (which is highly welcome), but since it turned out to be limited in coverage (not only in terms of  coverage but also in terms of reimbursement of service costs), it was  decided to change the title of the bill to "On Universal Health  Insurance" (which is certainly more honest :)): (The author's style  and punctuation have been preserved - ed.).  Haykaz Fanyan, head of  the ACSES analytical center, shared his assessment.

ArmInfo. RoboTon 2025 was a true celebration filled with robots, technologies, interactive entertainment, and of course, a financial literacy component. Through another collaboration between Idram and Mind Center, this event became a highly anticipated occasion for schoolchildren interested in the field. It offered a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences, as well as to meet and interact with peers. The event featured robot testing, demonstrations, and a panel discussion with parents on the importance of future-oriented education for children.
