ArmInfo. In Armenia, the per capita debt burden reached $4.6 thousand by October 1, 2025 (compared to $4.1 thousand the previous year), representing a 12% increase. Moreover, the per capita debt burden from external debt rose from $2.1 thousand to $2.2 thousand (by 4.8%), while the per
capita debt burden from domestic debt increased from $2 thousand to $2.4 thousand (by 20%).

million. Next year, debt repayment and servicing will require 1 trillion 53 billion drams, compared to the expected budget of 3..91
billion drams. This means that out of every 3 drams earned, 1 dram is paid to creditors, as stated by Artur Khachatryan, a parliament
member from of the opposition Hayastan faction.

The memorandum aims to define the scope of cooperation between the parties to ensure interoperability between the ArcaPay and the Bank of Georgia instant transfer systems. This initiative will enable instant money transfers between Armenia and Georgia in both directions, enhancing the accessibility and speed of payment services.

Armenia's gross international reserves (GIR) reached a new record high of $4.289 billion in October 2025, an increase of 20%, or $715.7 million, year-on-year, compared to a decline of 14.2%, or $592.2 million, a year earlier. Thus, GIR exceeded the previous historical maximum of $4.220 billion, set in August 2023. This is evidenced by data from the Central Bank of Armenia.

ArmInfo. Armenia's insurance sector saw a significant increase in its net profit in the first nine months of 2025 compared to the previous year. The sector's net profit quadrupled, reaching AMD 2.8 billion ($7.3 million), a stark contrast to the 77,5% decline experienced a year earlier. This growth was the result of tariff increases, leading to an annual premium growth of 16.6% (amounting to AMD 63.2 billion or $165.2 million), a substantial improvement from the previous year's 1.5% decline. However, the annual indemnity growth slowed down from 17.3% to 8.1% (to AMD 35.2 billion or $92 million), according to the Financial Rating of Armenian Insurance Companies as of September 30, 2025, prepared by ArmInfo Investment Company based on published financial reports and additional data requested from insurance companies.
