ArmInfo. From January to September 2025, Armenia's banking system increased tax payments to the state treasury by 28% year-on-year, reaching 131.2 billion drams ($343 million). According to the State Revenue Committee, 91.5%, or 120 billion drams, of this amount was paid in direct taxes (including profit and income taxes), a 30% increase compared to the same period last year.

The top four telecom operators in Armenia paid 30.7 billion drams ($80.4 million) to the state budget in January-September 2025, a 10% year-on-year increase (compared to a 9.1% decline a year ago), as evidenced by data from the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia. Of this total, 8.3 billion drams came from direct taxes (including corporate income tax), and 14.2 billion drams from VAT. For the fourth year in a row, Viva Armenia CJSC (Viva trademark) is the leader among Armenian telecom operators, ranking 13th (compared to the 9th the previous year). The company contributed 14.3 billion drams to the state treasury in January-September 2025, with 4.6 billion drams from direct taxes (including profit and income tax) and 6.1 billion drams from VAT.
