ArmInfo.Armenia's foreign trade turnover in January-December 2020 amounted to $ 7.1 billion, registering a decline of 13.2% per annum. According to the final
reports of the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia, the
reduction in import volumes turned out to be more significant - by
17.7% to $ 4.6 billion, than export - by 3.9% to $ 2.5 billion.

ArmInfo. In Armenia, the service sector in 2020 reduced volumes by 14.7%, against 15% growth a year earlier, amounting to 1.7 trillion drams ($ 3.5 billion).
According to the RA Statistical Committee, a negative trend was
recorded in all service segments except for the finance, as well as
information and communication. A similar trend is due to the
coronavirus pandemic, the outbreak of which in Armenia in March 2020
led to restrictions on a number of economic activities that were in
effect until September of last year.

ArmInfo.Trade sector turnover in Armenia in 2020 decreased by 14% per annum (against 8.9% growth in 2019), amounting to 2.8 trillion drams ($ 5.8 billion).
Moreover, in December 2020 alone trade turnover due to New Year
holidays increased by 34.6% to 340.3 billion AMD ($ 655.8 million).
